Hello! I’m Ragini, a counselling psychologist who works with a wide range of clients, offering both online and in-person therapy. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps individuals identify and change harmful behaviours and thought patterns, leading to healthier responses to life’s challenges. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, which promote a present-focused awareness that aids in stress relief and anxiety reduction. These techniques encourage a non-judgmental observation of one’s thoughts and feelings.

What sets me apart is my easy-going and compassionate nature, which helps me build strong connections with individuals and groups. I deeply believe that true health involves not just physical well-being but also mental and social well-being. My ultimate goal is to support people on their journey towards holistic well-being. With a client-centred approach and an emphasis on growth and self-discovery, I’m here to help you navigate and improve your mental health.

I’m Manpreet Kaur, an RCI Registered Speech Therapist and Psychologist with expertise in treating a variety of speech and mental health issues. My specialties include working with Childhood Speech and Language Disorders, Hearing Impairments, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Misarticulation. I’m committed to providing personalized care to help individuals overcome their challenges and improve their communication abilities. Additionally, I address a broad range of mental health disorders, offering comprehensive support to enhance overall well-being. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve better communication and mental health outcomes, leading to a more fulfilling life.
